The Pousada is located in a big house that was once used as a pasta factory. When the place was renovated, its original front traces with relief unevenness was preserved. Its interior was completely modified, in order to adapt the building to its new function.
Pousada Serrana is simple with tile and granite flooring. Most of the guests, whether businessmen or causal travelers, are interested in learning about Serro culture and history and in participating in events such as the Carnaval and the traditional Festa do Rosário, which are held every year during the first weekend of July.
