The owners of Luar do Rosario are Gaia and Margot. Gaia is responsible for the bookings and administration, and Margot manages the inn. Margot and Gaia are very "zen" and spiritual persons. They love the silence and tranquillity. So they decided to open the inn, seeking a better quality of life.
Margot is a vegetarian. She loves to cook. She also loves painting and sculptures. Her speciality is the handmade pasta, which she learnt in Italy, where she lived for 12 years. Margot has been to many countries in Europe.
Gaia is a music lover. She plays the flute, the guitar and drums and also adores arts. Gaia and Margot love chit-chat with guests. You can take advantage of Gaia cooking skills and trip advices and ask Margot to play an instrument while you visit them.
